This 1.5 - 2 hour session is designed to take 1-2 people on a mind, body, soul and spiritual journey helping to access deep emotional blocks, decrease stress and increase deep relaxation.
During our session we'll enjoy many styles of guided meditation, dance and mindful movement, hypnotherapy, journaling exercises, and learn many self-care and self-expression activities that will help you to clear and balance in your mind, body, soul and spirit.
