In this unique program you get 100% attention from a championship winning athlete helping you to excel at your current reason "why" and your performance of a particular sport or life activity.
We provide sports psychology, mental coaching and mind body techniques to assist in being in and maintaining the "zone-state or the flow state"
While the movement principles of training is the same for all sports, there are also some movements that are specific to a particular sport.
For example, throwing a baseball is a different movement than shooting a basketball; therefore, you would have to train a baseball athlete in some ways, different than a basketball player and vice versa.
Recommended training no less than 2-3 times a week.
Cost: One on one session prices $100/hr.

8 sessions/2 days/week $725 - Pay in full- $700
