We provide sports psychology, mental coaching and mind body techniques to assist in being in and maintaining the "zone-state or the flow state"
While the movement principles of training is the same for all sports, there are also some movements that are specific to a particular sport.
For example, throwing a baseball is a different movement than shooting a basketball; therefore, you would have to train a baseball athlete in some ways, different than a basketball player and vice versa.
Recommended training no less than 2-3 times a week.
Cost: One on one session prices $100/hr.
8 sessions/2 days/week $725 - Pay in full- $700
12 sessions/3 days/week $1,125 - Pay in Full-$1,100
16 sessions/4 days/week $1,525- Pay in full-1,500
20 sessions/5 days/week $1,925 Pay in full- $1,900
Group rates: Group rates provide a reduced cost with each group member paying a reduced individual session rate. Each member will gain a price cut with each additional member added to the group. Group maximum is 6 people.
Group (2) is $10 off of the original session price per client(ex. each client will pay $90/hr instead of $100.) It is an additional $5 off for each group member for every person that signs up after that; until the 6 group spots are filled.
Training includes categories such as speed, agility, plyometrics, strength, conditioning, and flexibility too!
